Company Policy




 APPOINTMENT POLICY:

To secure an appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit to hold your spot. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup appointments will only be reserved when the deposit is paid.  I will email you an invoice to pay your  deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your total service amount.   (Deposits are non refundable/ transferable. )  Please fill out the contact form under the contact tab on our site to schedule an appointment.  Please include your full name, phone number, email, service type, desired date and time.Our team will respond back to you via text and email letting you know what time slots are available. 


The day of your appointment 


Please arrive to your  appointment on time , if you are  late to your appointment  there will be  a late fee of $10.  After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.    Please come to your appointment with 

a  mask ,  a positive attitude , a clean face and  well groomed brows. 

Please do not bring any purses, pets, children or extra guests to your appointment .  While I am performing makeup or  lash  services  phone use  isn't allowed. 



Payment Method 

We accept exact cash + tax , debit/credit card

We DO NOT accept cash app, vemo,  PayPal. Ect.


Cancellation Policy/  Appointment Changes

We require a 24 hour  cancellation notice. you will forfeit any and all retainers and/or payments made. A last minute cancellation fee of $20 will need to be paid  for the inconvenience.    In the event that an artist/ of Makeup by Lajanese is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided. If you fail to attend your appointment or  cancel the day of your appointment you will not be able to schedule appointments in the future. You will also forfeit your  deposit.  No show clients  will need to pay the remainder balance of the service + a last minute cancellation fee of $20 for inconvenience. 

 


On Location Policy & Rules 


PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have any questions or concerns Please contact our office.

Before my arrival & before I begin services I will need to know the exact room or location I need to set up in order to render services.

**Please provide location of services prior to appointment. **

Please note that I will not move around the venue/hotel due to poor planning. If I have to pack my material up and move there will be an up charge.

**Please be sure to direct me to the place of service upon meeting at the venue, if I am redirected there will be an upcharge. Remember, my job is to provide you with the best service possible and I cannot do that if I'm moving around. **


Interactions Prior & During Services:

I will only be addressed and deal with the person that is rendering services. I will not be addressed or do business with anyone who is not in our business contract.

**At the point of signing a contract I will need to speak with the person named "client" in the contract only. **


Behavior /Environment 


We should all be  kind  to each other  and treat eachother with  respect. If I am disrespected in any kind  of way  by  the contract holder , family and or friends being  serviced I will  terminate services   immediately. disrespect,  hostility or pettiness  will not be tolerated.  Please make sure you and  your  party  behave and act like mature adults.  


If the environment becomes  unsafe or  hostile .  I will pack my belongings up and leave.  


Late Arrival:

Please respect my time & yours and arrive on time.

**Remember, I am here to provide you with the best service and to do so, these rules must be followed very closely. In the event that these rules are not followed I will need terminate services. **

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment there will be a late fee of $20.

The late fee & full payment of your services will need to be paid before I render services. Failure to do so will result in our appointment ending immediately.

If you are more than 30 minutes late. The appointment will be cancelled.
